Found the flex hose for the diesel grade looks like <br /> its seeping fuel. Need to return and replace the flex hose in the#11/12 UDC for the diesel grade. All in service with <br /> no products dispensed. Monitor reads all functions normal upon departure. <br /> 9/27/24 Performed and uploaded JSA to the Walton work order. <br /> 9/27/24 Arrived on site to replace Diesel flex hose in dispenser#11/12. After replacing the diesel flex hose, we purge the <br /> line. No leaks were observed after repairs. Work is completed and dispenser#11/12 was put in normal operation. <br /> Open Problems: <br /> 9/23/24 Need construction crew to return and replace the flex hose for the diesel grade in dispenser#11/12.
