The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for El Dorado Food Mart as of March 25, 2025. <br /> Open violations from August 14, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation#1 -3010002-Obtained an Identification Number(unless exempted HSC 25143.13). <br /> OBSERVATION: This business have an inactive hazardous waste ID number in the California Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control (DTSC)database since 11/1/2021. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store,dispose of, transport or offer for <br /> transportation, hazardous waste without having received an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Identification (ID) <br /> Number. A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per month, <br /> less than one kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardous waste. ID numbers <br /> are unique to a business and site location. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/to <br /> obtain an ID number. Immediately apply for your ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#6-3010010-Signed copy of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest kept for 3 years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three years <br /> during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years August 2021 -August 2024 for all <br /> hazardous waste including fuel filters.
