The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for El Dorado Food Mart as of March 25, 2025. <br /> Open violations from August 14, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation#29-3030058-Empty containers>5 gallons properly managed. <br /> OBSERVATION: One black metal 55 gallon drum was found not marked and not managed. There were no signage <br /> with the word"Empty"and date the drum was empty. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous waste <br /> must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)section 66261.7. Refer to this section and <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br /> one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action statement <br /> and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#38-3030004-Properly manages used oil filters and fuel filters. <br /> OBSERVATION: Containers of used metal oil or fuel filters out of compliance with the storage rules were observed <br /> on-site. The following used metal oil or fuel filter containers were on-site: <br /> -One blue 55 gallon poly drum located in the hazardous waste storage area,was observed to be with incomplete <br /> labeling and the accumulation date is unknown. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.130 Management of Used Oil <br /> Filters. California Health &Safety Code section 25250.22 Fuel Filters <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately drain all metal oil and fuel filters of free-flowing liquid, store them in closed, <br /> rainproof containers. Label the container with the words"drained used oil filters"or"used gasoline filters", depending <br /> on the contents. Mark the container with an accumulation start date. Dispose of all used filters stored on-site greater <br /> than one year. Used filters not stored, handled and disposed of according to this section are regulated as hazardous <br /> waste. Provide a corrective action statement, disposal records and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 4 of 4 <br />
