During the inspection, a Stand Alone (non-discriminating sensor[Veeder Root 001])were <br /> observed inside all four under dispenser containments. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 72 CA Code of Regulations 2712 2030039-Compliance with all operating permit requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION:The 91 relay was replaced on 4/12/2023 and EHD was not notified. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Emergency repairs relating to UST system monitoring and release detection may be <br /> performed by a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor pursuant to the EHD's policy and a permit obtained <br /> within one business day from the EHD. All other repairs must have a permit submitted to and approved by the EHD <br /> prior to beginning work. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a permit for the replacement of the 91 relay. A"Failure to Obtain a <br /> Permit"penalty applies. <br /> OBSERVATION:The diesel and 91 annular sensor was replaced on 5/14/2024.
