Please ensure the RTC is submitted to me. Regarding violation #77, this was <br /> written due to violation #72 was not corrected on the 1/3/2024 inspection report. I'd attached the <br /> previous inspection report for you. <br /> As a result, to correct violation #72, that have been cited on this year inspection report, you will now <br /> have to pull two separate permits double permit fees for the two separate replacements that were <br /> completed without notification to the San Joaquin County EHD. <br />
