The California Retail Food Code requires that you operate out of an <br />approved commissary to service your vehicle. <br />Your permit for the above mentioned MFF is suspended. If you intend to continue the operation <br />of your MFF and want to preclude the revocation of your permit, you must submit the enclosed <br />“Verification of Commissary” form for approval within 15 days from the date of this letter.
