Kristina Saetern
Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E. Hazelton Avenue Stockton, CA 95205
P: (209) 616—3045 1 E: ksaetern(@sjgov.org
www.sjgov.org EHD
S11JQI
COUNTY
Greatness grows here.
From: Monica Farhat<mfarhat@boyett.net>
Sent: Wednesday,January 29, 2025 1:14 PM
To: Saetern, Kristina Gaen [EHD] <ksaetern@sjgov.org>
Cc:Ashtyn Faulkner<afaulkner(@boyett.net>
Subject: RE: [External] 2501 Jackson Ave- Inspection Report
Hello Kristina,
Corrections for the NOV's from the 11/5/2024 inspection are as follows;
#10 —the test conducted on 7/21/2023 was done by LC Services and they failed to submit the test. LC
Services is no longer doing any test for this site, I am confident that CGRS will not be late in submitting
the test results. I spoke to Mendi and she is aware that we need all tests submitted before the 180 days
deadline.
#13 —this violation is like #10, 1 have made sure with Mendi that all tests' reports need to be submitted in
a timely manner.
#24 — Corrected onsite.
#53 —the aggregate question will be marked off for the Financial Responsibility in CERS and
resubmitted.
#59 —test results from 9/10/2024, 7/11/2024, & 8/2/2024 are all attached to this email.
#69 — leak detector 116-256-5 has been updated in CERS. Also, sent copies to the site of the most
current monitoring plan.
#72 —verification of the removal of the ball float is attached. Copy of the permit for the cold startthat
CGRS obtained to do the work is attached. Matt Thomas also sent those in to EHD. Copy of the permit
