Please see comments below on what is still pending. <br /> 1) HAZARDOUS MATERIALS BUSINESS PLAN (HMBP)-PR0512505 <br /> • #14 closed as of 2/3/2025 based on submitted training records <br /> • #19 please provide a statement that return to compliance documents will be submitted within 30 days <br /> of receiving an inspection report.Then I can close this one out. <br /> 2) ABOVEGROUND STORAGE PETROLEUM ACT(APSA)-PR0528459 <br /> A copy of the APSA inspection report and corresponding return to compliance document has been <br /> attached for reference. <br /> • #4 please provide a statement that the SPCC Plan will be maintained on site for facility staffed at least <br /> 4 hours per day or at the nearest field office if facility is not staffed. <br /> • #10 please provide a statement that 5 year reviews of the SPCC Plan will be conducted, documented <br /> and amended as necessary. <br /> • #18 please provide proof that Table G-2 Facility Diagram in the SPCC Plan has been completed or that <br /> a facility diagram is included in the SPCC Plan <br /> • #22 please provide proof that the Unified Program Agency phone number has been corrected to the <br /> correct phone number—209-468-3420 <br /> • #32 please provide training records and copy of the training content for the SPCC Plan.
