Presto, Carol [EHD]
From: Presto, Carol [EHD]
Sent: Monday, September 8, 2025 2:16 PM
To: Mejia, Claudia
Cc: Madera, Aaron [EHD]
Subject: RE: 1905 S McHenry Ave -APSA, HMBP Checklists, HW Inspection Report
Follow Up Flag: Follow up
Flag Status: Flagged
Hi Claudia,
Hope all is well!
The HMBP inspection report still has 1 open violation. The cleaner liquid is still missing the average daily amount.
Please see snippet below. Please let me know when you are ale to add the average amount so I can close out this
final item for HMBP.
I nw ncory Lc<acic.n and Ouami
t heical r..r.n.... I attached a link to a document on our website
for assistance https://www.s-igov.org/docs/default-source/environmental-health-documents/hazardous-
materials-business-plan-program/guidance-for-correcting-obsolete-federal-hazard-
categories.pdf?sfvrsn=18fd6acb_3
In addition, no APSA violations have been closed. It looks like most of the holdup was pending an updated SPCC
Plan. Have you received the updated SPCC Plan? They are having us send out non-compliance letters to all
facilities with open violations, which would mean all time to get facilities back into compliance would be
chargeable time. If you could please submit the updated inventory in CERS to close out the HMBP item and the
updated SPCC Plan and APSA CERS submittal to be able to review and close any for the APSA by the end of this
week, I could postpone the letter. If we don't receive anything by the end of this week, I'll have to send out the
Letter on Monday.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks!
All the Best,
Carol Presto
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Email: cpresto@sbgov.orR I Direct: (209) 616-3061 1 Main: (209) 468-3420
https://www.sugov.org/department/envhealth/
*NOTE*1 will be out of office every other Friday:
1
