It looks like most of the holdup was pending an updated SPCC <br /> Plan. Have you received the updated SPCC Plan?They are having us send out non-compliance letters to all <br /> facilities with open violations,which would mean all time to get facilities back into compliance would be <br /> chargeable time. If you could please submit the updated inventory in CERS to close out the HMBP item and the <br /> updated SPCC Plan and APSA CERS submittal to be able to review and close any for the APSA by the end of this <br /> week, I could postpone the letter.
