No spill kit is stored in the trash area. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020002 - Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records <br />for a minimum of three years. <br />OBSERVATION: The most recent training records on site were dated 3/3/2023.
