Environmental Health Department <br />CP22 - HMBP Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />January 17, 2025 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 19400 N HWY 99 , ACAMPO <br /> Facility Name: <br /> J S G TRUCKING COMPANY <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />1) Storm drains at the fuel dispenser islands <br />2) Loading/unloading area for the ~12,000 gallon diesel tank <br />3) Emergency response equipment (spill absorbent and socks) at the fuel island <br />4) Adjacent street (E Woodbridge Rd) <br />5) Access and exit points (of structures) <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map that contains north orientation , adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct and updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020002 - Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records <br />for a minimum of three years. <br />OBSERVATION: Sufficient training records could not be provided for any facility employees at the time of inspection . A <br />hazardous communications training program was provided. No records of training on this program were provided at the <br />time of inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br />initial and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br />threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br />procedures: <br />(A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program <br />agency. <br />(B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment. <br />(C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. This training shall be <br />documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the <br />training records to the EHD. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 14 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Routine HMBP inspection. <br />There were 4 violations during the inspection. An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the <br />day of inspection.
