Exhibit A: Return to Compliance Certification
Inspection Date: December 4, 2024
Facility Address: 14900 W Hwy 12, Lodi CA
CERS ID: 10180619

Section 4.5.A and 4.5.B have been corrected to properly reflect that the Discharge Response
Equipment Inventory is in Appendix J. See File 3C with the corrections and File 3D of page 19
replaced in the SPCCP.
Section 5.2.2 of the SPCCP: AST-7 was removed from the property earlier in 2024. We
requested revisions from our Engineer and believe he accidentally overlooked the reference to
AST-7 after his revisions. The reference to AST-7 on page 28 and the reference to AST-7 in the
Table on page 29 have both been updated to reflect its removal. See corrections in File 11A &
File 11B and photo of updates made in SPCCP (File 11C & File 11E).
Item 16
The Facility Diagram (Figure 3) has been updated as noted in Item 2 above (see File 2A).
Item 56
Section 5.2.8 of SPCCP: Marina dockhands conduct visual inspections of the fuel overfill
systems on alternate days which is why the monthly and annual reports – which are completed
by other staff – may have indicated N/A on the SPCCP’s monthly and annual inspection reports.

This has been addressed with the park completing the SPCCP monthly and annual inspection
reports and they are now addressing the overfill items on those reports.
- See attached copy of January 2025’s monthly inspection report (File 3A).
- See attached copy of 2025’s annual inspection report (File 3B).

Section 5-2.5 of SPPCP:
- Page 29, Table 5-2.6 was revised by our Engineer to reflect that the tests for ASTs 1 - 5
should be done every three years for ASTs 1 - 5, instead of annually, which aligns with
applicable permit requirements for those ASTs. See corrections in File 11B and photo of
updates made in SPCCP in File 11E.

- Page 29, Table 5-2.6 was revised by our Engineer to reflect that the tests for the fuel
piping should be done every two years, instead of annually, which aligns with the
requirements previously detailed in page 22 of the SPCCP. See corrections in File 11B
and photo of updates made in SPCCP in File 11E.

- The SPCCP Engineer has recertified section 1.2 of the SPCCP to reflect the changes
above to page 29. See Engineer’s certification in File 11F, Amendment to Cover Page
File 11G and photo of updates made to SPCCP File 11H and 11I.
2
