3 <br />OBJECTIVE <br />✓To prevent, control and provide <br />countermeasures to prohibit oil spills from the <br />Tracy #22 facility from contaminating the <br />environment <br />✓Focus on preventing discharges to “waters of the <br />state” (storm water drains, creeks, rivers, <br />groundwater, etc.) <br />✓To increase understanding of O-I Tracy’s oil spill <br />prevention, control and countermeasure (SPCC) <br />plan <br />✓To meet requirements of an annual oil discharge <br />briefing required by 40 CFR 112.7 (d)
