A test <br /> report has not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the test. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide this report to the EHD. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 35 CA Health and Safety Code 25290.1(e)2030065- Interstitial space of the UST is under constant VPH monitoring (TCR <br /> 9d). <br /> OBSERVATION:The 304 sensor on the 5/6 dispenser sensor failed when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The interstitial space of the UST shall be maintained, as designed, under constant vacuum <br /> or pressure such that a breach in the primary or secondary containment is detected before the hazardous substance <br /> is released into the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 47 CA Health and Safety Code 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3)2030008-Secondary containment installed after July 1, 2003 is <br /> free of water. <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was found in the 91 STP sump, diesel STP sump and 87 STP sump. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br /> system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed of liquid from the[GRADE/LOCATION]sump and returned the <br /> sensor to its proper location.
