The plan sections submitted on <br />3/14/24 and 3/07/2023. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Corrected on-site. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map does not contain all the required elements. <br />1- The site map does not identify the locations of all the individual chemical onsite. <br />2- The site map only includes the location of one pond. The site has 3 ponds. <br /> <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020002 - Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records <br />for a minimum of three years. <br />OBSERVATION: Training Records for all employees were not available during the inspection . Only the HAZWOPER <br />training was provided for the production and shipping managers.
