A report for a different gas <br /> station was in the binder instead. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Designated operator inspection reports prior to October 1, 2018 shall be retained on site for <br /> twelve months. Designated operator inspection reports on or after October 1, 2018 shall be retained on site for thirty-six <br /> months. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The designated operator provided a copy of the missing report at the time of inspection. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> 67 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i) 2030078 - Owner/Operator retained a paper or electronic copy of the permit to operate <br /> at the facility <br /> OBSERVATION: A copy of the UST operating permit was not found on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of the UST operating permit and all attachments and conditions shall be retained at <br /> the facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the permit and retain it on site. <br /> This is a Repeat(Class 2)Violation. <br /> 69 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i) 2030033 -A current UST monitoring plan has been submitted and is readily accessible <br /> at the facility <br /> OBSERVATION: An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection.
