Jan 14 2025 2:39pm 15 <br /> The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br /> addressed for ERNIES GENERAL STORE as of January 09, 2025. <br /> Open violations from October 10, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation 45 - 2030041 - A current facility plot plan is maintained and has been submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION: An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. There labels on the site plan that are <br /> illegible, it cannot be determined whether all components of the monitoring system are on the site plan. <br /> ---> At time of inspection, UST Monitoring Site map was reviewed (remains illegible in CERS) and it was missing the <br /> following: <br /> - Diesel STP sump on map does not indicate the 208 sensor that was seen at time of inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE; A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed <br /> . The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and clearly identify locations of the following equipment, if <br /> installed: 1) monitoring panels; 2) in-tank liquid level probes (if used for leak detection); 3) devices monitoring tank <br /> annular spaces or vault; 4) devices monitoring product piping; 5) devices monitoring fill piping; 6) devices monitoring <br /> vent piping; 7) devices monitoring vapor recovery piping; 8) devices monitoring vent/transition sumps; 9) devices <br /> monitoring under-dispenser containment; 10) line leak detectors; and 11) devices monitoring any other secondary <br /> containment areas. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.catepa.ca.gov/ and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #50 - 2060020 - Spill buckets meet requirements, have been tested as required, and records kept <br /> for 36 mths (TCR 9a). <br /> OBSERVATION: The 87 spill container failed to have a minimum capacity of five gallons. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair or replace <br /> the spill container under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
