Jan 14 2025 2:39pm 15 The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been addressed for ERNIES GENERAL STORE as of January 09, 2025. Open violations from October 10, 2024 inspection Violation 45 - 2030041 - A current facility plot plan is maintained and has been submitted. OBSERVATION: An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. There labels on the site plan that are illegible, it cannot be determined whether all components of the monitoring system are on the site plan. ---> At time of inspection, UST Monitoring Site map was reviewed (remains illegible in CERS) and it was missing the following: - Diesel STP sump on map does not indicate the 208 sensor that was seen at time of inspection. REGULATION GUIDANCE; A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed . The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and clearly identify locations of the following equipment, if installed: 1) monitoring panels; 2) in-tank liquid level probes (if used for leak detection); 3) devices monitoring tank annular spaces or vault; 4) devices monitoring product piping; 5) devices monitoring fill piping; 6) devices monitoring vent piping; 7) devices monitoring vapor recovery piping; 8) devices monitoring vent/transition sumps; 9) devices monitoring under-dispenser containment; 10) line leak detectors; and 11) devices monitoring any other secondary containment areas. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.catepa.ca.gov/ and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. OBSERVATION: The 87 spill container failed to have a minimum capacity of five gallons. REGULATION GUIDANCE: All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair or replace the spill container under permit and inspection of the EHD.
