Environmental Health Department <br />CP22 - HMBP Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />January 22, 2025 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 1001 E YOSEMITE AVE, MANTECA <br /> Facility Name: <br /> DINO MART <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: Chemical inventory reported to CERS is inaccurate. <br />-Three 50 pound CO2 canisters were found on site that have not been reported to CERS. <br />- Propane was under reported on CERS in the chemical inventory. A 1000 gallon propane tank and twenty-one 5 gallon <br />propane tanks were observed. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 10 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: A site map was inaccurate : <br />-Inaccurate quantity of propane <br />-Adjacent streets names were missing or inaccurate. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
