Provide a copy of the <br />training records to Nick loehrer by email nloehrer@sjgov.org <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br />initial and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br />threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br />procedures: (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the <br />unified program agency. (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential <br />harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment. (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate <br />notice, for the business site. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made <br />available for a minimum of three years. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide employee training for <br />appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Routine HMBP Inspection. Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There was 1 <br />violation found during the inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form <br />to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, <br />and any supporting paperwork, by 2/27/2025. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign.
