The following three years of submittals were made <br />on: <br />2024 Submittal- 12//26/23 <br />2023 Submittal- 12/01/22 <br />2022 Submittal- 05/24/22 (Late) <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: As the annual submittal has already been made, and the violation corrected, no further action <br />is required. The violation was corrected on-site. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020002 - Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records <br />for a minimum of three years. <br />OBSERVATION: Training records were not kept for the required three years . No records were available at the time of <br />inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br />initial and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br />threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br />procedures: <br />(A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program <br />agency. <br />(B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment. <br />(C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site.
