Add liquid <br />oxygen to the chemical inventory in CERS and then make a new submittal. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />14 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020002 - Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records <br />for a minimum of three years. <br />OBSERVATION: Training records were unavailable for review at time of inspection. Provide completed employee <br />training records to Nick Loehrer by email nloehrer@sjgov.org <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel <br />receive initial and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a <br />release or threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans <br />and procedures: (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to <br />the unified program agency. (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any <br />potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment. (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including <br />immediate notice, for the business site. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall <br />be made available for a minimum of three years. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the <br />training records to the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Routine HMBP Inspection.
