The business plan was submitted late on 2/14/2022 <br />for the year of 2022. The business plan was submitted on time for the years of 2023 and 2024. This violation has been <br />corrected. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement <br />to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There was 1 violation found during the <br />inspection. The violation has been corrected. The store and hazardous waste area was inspected. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign.
