The Primary Emergency <br />Contact, Natalie Sanchez, was no longer fulfilling this role at the time of the inspection on 8/06/2024. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release <br />or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br />- immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />- procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment <br />- evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: This violation was observed to have been partially corrected as of 8/07/2024 with a new CERS <br />submittal that had accurate facility information. Unfortunately, a new and accurate ER/Contingency Plan has not been <br />uploaded, so the violation can not yet be closed. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 12 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility on the day of inspection.
