The business plan was submitted late on 1/25/2024 <br />for the year of 2024. This violation has been corrected. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement <br />to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br />10 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for Helium and Carbon Dioxide R744, were not complete. <br />The max daily amounts need to be updated. The max daily amount for carbon dioxide R744 in the external locker area <br />is 2,040 pounds. The max daily amount for helium is 2,196 cubic feet. The propane is less than 55 gallons and is not <br />required to on inventory. The max daily amount for the carbon dioxide R744 in the refrigeration system needs to be <br />updated and listed in pounds. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br />of the business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />11 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: A site map was not completed and submitted as part of the business plan. The site map is <br />incomplete. The evacuation staging are was not identified on the site map.
