CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the <br />EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />11 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The site map is missing the locations of the Hydrogen fill stations, <br />emergency shot offs (hydrogen, power, water, and natural gas), large hydrogen tank, and storm drains. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Routine HMBP Inspection. Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 2 <br />violation found during the inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form <br />to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, <br />and any supporting paperwork, by 11/29/2024. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign.
