OBSERVATION: UST Tank Information forms are not current in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). -The tank forms list vent piping as fiberglass primary and fiberglass secondary. Vent piping was observed as flex piping for primary and secondary during the inspection. REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. This is (Minor)Violation. 56 CA Code of Regulations 2716(a-e)2030013-DO inspections completed at least every 30 days and meet all requirements(TCR 12). OBSERVATION:The owner/operator failed to respond in Section 5 to compliance issues listed in Section 3 by the designated operator. Multiple designated operator reports listed compliance issues in Section 3 and owner/operator did not describe corrective actions that will be taken regarding the listed compliance issues. REGULATION GUIDANCE:2716(e)Within 72 hours of being provided a signed copy of the"Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator Visual Inspection Report,"the owner or operator shall: (1)Provide a description of each corrective action taken or to be taken for any compliance issues discovered during the inspection on the copy of the "Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator Visual Inspection Report"signed by the designated UST operator; and (2)Sign and date the report, acknowledging the results of the inspection. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that corrective actions to be taken or will be taken for compliance issues are described in Section 5 of the designated operator reports.
