Individuals working under the direct supervision of a qualified UST installer or UST service <br /> technician must, at a minimum, be employed by the person with the CSLB license and possess <br /> all manufacturer certificates of training for the equipment on which they are working. <br /> 6. The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and ensure all UST information is current. <br /> 7. All primary containment including any integral secondary containment must be certified by an <br /> independent testing organization and labeled as required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, <br /> API, ASTM, etc.). See California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 23, Chapter 16, Table B for a <br /> complete list. <br /> 8. All secondary containment system which is not an integral part of the primary containment shall <br /> be designed and constructed according to an engineering specification approved by a state <br /> registered professional engineer or according to a nationally recognized industry code or <br /> engineering standard, per CCR 2631(d). <br /> 9. This permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
