I appreciate the <br /> agencies flexibility and going out of your way... <br /> @Christina Tran we need to amend this permit application. <br /> We have two failures at this site that we assumed from the previous contractor... <br /> • Failing components <br /> o UDC <br /> o 91 STP <br /> The 91 STP was repaired by the previous contractor, we just need to test it with the agency. They made repairs <br /> to the two conduit boots inside of the 91 STP. No excavation. <br /> UDC % has been repaired by us. We have removed the dispenser. Excavated on the one side.
