Asked for a late notice inspection then it doesn't happen. <br /> appreciate the agencies flexibility and going out of your way... <br /> @Christina Tran we need to amend this permit application. <br /> We have two failures at this site that we assumed from the previous contractor... <br /> 1. Failing components <br /> 1. UDC% <br /> 2. 91 STP <br /> The 91 STP was repaired by the previous contractor, we just need to test it with the agency. <br /> They made repairs to the two conduit boots inside of the 91 STP. No excavation. <br /> UDC% has been repaired by us. We have removed the dispenser.
