Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for written approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new submittals supersede previous ones. <br /> 3. Email notification to ust(a)sigov.orq to arrange the following inspection appointments. <br /> All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br /> a. Visual inspection of the piping within the dispenser 3/4 for possible leaks. <br /> b. Visual inspection of UDC % penetration fittings for possible brine leaks before and after <br /> concrete. <br /> c. Verification of leak monitoring continuity in UDC %for vacuum monitoring after <br /> concrete. <br /> d. Verification of brine levels in UDC % before and after concrete. <br /> 4. Any individual installing underground storage systems or components must possess, or work <br /> under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site at <br /> all times while work is being performed who possesses, all of the following: <br /> • One of several permissible valid, current contractor licenses issued by the Contractors <br /> State License Board (CSLB) <br /> • A current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code Council <br /> (ICC) <br /> 1868 E.
