Chrisnna Trar we need to amend this permit application . <br /> We have two failures at this site that we assumed from the previous contractor.. . <br /> • Failing components <br /> UDC % <br /> 91 STIR <br /> The 91 STP was repaired by the previous contractor, we just need to test it with the agency. They made repairs to the two conduit boots inside of the 91 STIR. No excavation . <br /> UDC % has been repaired by us . We have removed the dispenser. Excavated on the one side .
