Technician on site confirmed the model <br />number is 330212-001 <br />-The model number listed in CERS for the leak detectors is inaccurate. Technician on site confirmed the model <br />number is 8484. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS). <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 3 <br />CA Code of Regulations 2715(a)(1)(B), 2715(a)(3) 2010003 - Owner/Operator submitted DO form and/or informed the <br />CUPA of any change(s) within 30 days (TCR 10). <br />OBSERVATION: The DO Identification Form on CERS is outdated.
