Please see comments below. <br /> PR0518405- HW—Al I closed <br /> PR0232469- UST <br /> #3— closed <br /> #10— 2 part violation: <br /> 1)test results submitted late—need statement addressing test results will be sent within 30 days <br /> 2)we do not have any record of a leak detector test occurring on 7/12/2022.We have no notifications of <br /> leak detector testing occurring this date.We were on site on 8/1/2022 where they did a cold start and <br /> scheduled the leak detector test for 8/4/2022.We received test results dated 7/28/2022 which included <br /> leak detector testing but leak detector testing did not occur that day and corrections were requested.We <br /> were on site on 7/28/2022 and the tech stated theywould not be testing leak detector that day. Test results <br /> are needed for diesel leak detector testing on 8/4/2022. <br /> #13— This violation is not referring to the spill bucket testing from this year. Please provide a statement that all <br /> future test results will be sent within 30 days. In addition, all test results should not be sent to individual <br /> inspectors. They should be sent to USTct7siaov.org where they process the results and then pass on to <br /> 1 <br />
