A portion of the piping was <br /> observed outside the UDC on a side with no deflector plate. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All underground storage tanks shall be designed and constructed to provide secondary <br /> levels of containment for all hazardous substances released from primary containment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to install secondary <br /> containment under permit and inspection of the EHD, if necessary. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 51 CA Health and Safety Code 25292.1(a)2030035- UST system is operated to prevent unauthorized release, including <br /> spills and overfills. <br /> OBSERVATION:The fuel filter under dispenser 9/10 on the east side is not located to allow drips and leaks to drain <br /> back into the UDC.
