No leak were observed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must <br /> be removed and disposed of properly. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed 1/2 cup of liquid from the 7/8 UDC. Ensure that all sumps <br /> and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> One violation was cited during the inspection and it was corrected on site. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign.
