We have logged your appointment and will forward it to the area inspector. This appointment is scheduled outside of EHD business hours and will not be attended by an inspector. If needed, an inspection may be possible if an inspector is available and the overtime inspection is paid in advance. Please schedule an additional appointment during business hours for a visual inspection by an inspector and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD at ust@5jgov.org. The visual inspection shall include, but is not limited to : inside all sumps, under dispenser containments, and spill containers observation of the monitoring panel for any current alarms review of a current alarm history printout any other items required to determine whether the owner or operator has monitored and tested the tank system as required by the permit, and whether the tank system is in safe operating condition Note: Failure to schedule the visual inspection may result in violations or enforcement action for the facility.
