Our
department has moved to a new database and is experiencing unforeseen difficulties. We are
hoping to send invoices and print permits very soon. During this time, our department will
consider Hong Kong Restaurant, 430 N Main St, as being open for business with a valid
operating permit. If an inspection occurs, Snnit Farms will not be penalized or cited for not
displaying a current health permit. I apologize for this inconvenience.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (209) 468-3438.
Sincerely,
Jeff Carruesco, REHS Program Coordinator
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
