The point of measurement should then be noted on <br /> the FADL and the appropriate form on which the water level is recorded. For flush mount completions, <br /> such as street boxes, the water level measurement should be referenced to a steel plate placed across <br /> the rim of the street box and over the casing.Any aboveground completions without permanent reference <br /> points or marks should be brought to the attention of the appropriate supervisory personnel per the <br /> project-specific work plans. <br /> Collect measurements until two consecutive measurements are identical or within the specified tolerance <br /> of the project-specific work plans (usually 0.01 ft). <br /> 4.6 Record <br /> Record all appropriate information on either the Water Level Measurement Form, Well Development <br /> Record, or the Sampling Information Form, depending upon the task being performed.At a minimum,the <br /> following information must be recorded: <br /> • Project name and number; <br /> • Unique well identification number; <br /> • Date and time of measurement collection; <br /> • Depth to water to the specified tolerance; <br /> • Weather conditions; and <br /> • Any problems encountered <br /> If product or other nonaqueous liquid is encountered,follow the procedures outlined in this SOP. <br /> 4.7 Post-Operation <br /> Cap and relock the well after measurements are complete. <br /> 5.0 Records <br /> Records generated as a result of this SOP will be controlled and maintained in the project records files. <br /> Sharpe Army Depot <br />
