This confirms that EPA has reviewed and approved
the Groundwater Well Installation Work Plan Sharpe Army Depot Lathrop,
California regarding installation of these wells. The document was
finalized in June 5, 2023.
Please note that this is a CERCLA project and has special consideration
with regards to permitting so that the process is not delayed. For example,
please see the following clarification memo regarding permits and permit
equivalency processes: https://semspub.epa.gov/work/HQ/174423.pdf
Do not hesitate to let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Nadia Hollan Burke
Environmental Engineer/Remedial Project Manager
Arizona and Federal Facilities Section (SFD-8-1)
Federal Facilities and Site Cleanup Branch
Superfund and Emergency Management Division
Office Phone: 415-972-3187
