The applicant shall contact the Public Works Inspection Department four working days prior to <br /> construction. <br /> 2. It is the applicant's responsibility to contact USA and verify location of all existing utilities prior <br /> to work. <br /> 3. All repair work shall be at the direction of the City Inspector. <br /> 4. All traffic control shall comply with the latest edition of the California Manual on Uniform <br /> Traffic Control Devices (CA MUTCD). The preferred method of notification is via email at the <br /> contacts listed below. <br /> a. The Permittee is responsible for the preservation of survey monuments within the work <br /> performed under this permit. If any have the potential to be disturbed, the Permittee is <br /> required to tie out each location and, if disturbed, re-establish them after completion of work, <br /> using a licensed land surveyor. A corner record must be filed in accordance with state law for <br /> any re-set monuments. <br /> 6. Erosion and Sediment Control: <br /> • Filter fabric and gravel bags shall be placed at all adjacent storm drain drop inlets. <br /> • Any soil or debris on roadway pavement resulting from activity under this Permit shall be <br /> swept up and or removed from roadway on a daily basis. <br /> • Stockpiles stored overnight shall be covered and fiber rolls shall be secured at the toe of <br /> the pile. <br />
