PZ019 <br /> 13349 S Airport Way <br /> Manteca,CA 95220 <br /> Specialty Subcontractor: Cascade Drilling, LP <br /> 120S. 23 d St <br /> Richmond,CA 94804 <br /> License#C57 938110 <br /> Description of Work <br /> Well abandonment under permit from San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department.Three <br /> groundwater monitoring wells(piezometers)will be closed by pressure grouting to five(5)feet below <br /> ground surface.The wells are constructed of 1"PVC to approximately 23 to 28' below grade,with a <br /> surface well box.All surface completion materials(well box and lid,concrete apron)will be permanently <br /> removed.The ground surface will be brought back to grade with material matching the surrounding area <br /> (gravel or dirt,as applicable). <br /> This work involves no digging,grading or other invasive surface or subsurface activities. <br /> Abandonment activities at each site are estimated to last less than an hour. <br /> Traffic Control <br /> All work is beyond the shoulder. <br /> Traffic control at each location will follow Figure 61-1-1 of the CA MUTCD(2014;attached). <br />
