Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 1. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 2. Provide written notification to ust(a)-sigov.org for the following repairs and testing (a 48-hour <br /> notice is required). Please be aware: an inspector may not be present for testing. <br /> a. Verification of brine type, and witnessing of initial brine addition in all brine-filled sumps <br /> and/or UDCs. <br /> b. Verify brine communication in 87 fill sump, Diesel STP sump <br /> 3. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br /> a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br /> current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be <br /> issued to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the individual <br /> by the State Water Board <br /> 1868 E.
