I've looped in <br />@R[vera, Stacy_[EHQ] to help clarify the issue related to the flex pipe. Based on <br />my last meeting with Stacy, the State is currently working to revise/clarify the <br />language, once the language has been clarified, RTD will not be out of compliance <br />regarding flex pipes. However, there is a separate issue concerning the UDC <br />sensors that RTD needs to address. <br />Can you please revise violation #49 to reflect the UDC issue instead of the flex <br />pipe?
