Closed Disposal Site Inspection Report (188) <br /> Snyders Sanitary Garbage Disposal Site (39-CR-0031) <br /> 2/24/2025 <br /> No Areas of Concern <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> A quarterly inspection was conducted on February 24, 2025 and the following was noted: <br /> 23023 S. Santa Fe Rd., Escalon. Owner- Rhodes, Padilla, Castaneda: <br /> 1. Access was given to the property, gate was unlocked for inspection. <br /> 2. The previous violation noted has been cleared. . <br /> 3. Observed exposed waste (glass) on the northern portion of the property. Cover exposed <br /> waste with clean soil. <br /> 4. Appropriate permits shall be obtained prior to any installation of new water supply wells. <br /> 5. Owner should notify the EHD prior to any site activities. <br /> 6. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLU) for <br /> this site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. <br /> Pursuant to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be <br /> submitted to the LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), the local air <br /> district and local land use agency for review and approval prior to commencing any <br /> construction or pre-construction activities for such PCLU.. <br /> 7. T27CCR, Section 21200 requires that CalRecycle and EHD are notified at least 45 days <br /> prior to the sale or transfer of the property. <br /> 23021 S. Santa Fe Rd., Escalon. Owner/operator-Afzal: <br /> 1. Vegetation is overgrown between the road and the entrance gate to the property. <br /> Operator is to maintain vegetation to prevent a potential fire hazard. A few areas on the <br /> property show moderate vegetation growth. Maintain vegetation to prevent a potential <br /> fire hazard. <br /> 2. Owner should notify the EHD prior to any site activities. <br /> 3.
