I referenced the start up monitor <br /> certification testing for the site on 4/4/24 and everything passed fine. I followed up with the re-pipe contractor, <br /> tester, and ASO and no one has history or a response to a sensor out or replacement for this site regarding the <br /> L2. I even pulled the alarm history from the May D.O. inspection, and I don't see any L2 alarms inside the <br /> reference window to this sensor (attached). I would think if there was a test for functionality it would have been <br /> included in the alarm history. Can you please forward me the notification you received on your end that is <br /> referenced in this violation? <br /> Thanks, <br /> 6 <br />
