The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for H&S Energy Products, LLC #3035 as of June 30, 2025. <br /> Open violations from January 21, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#53-3030030-Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br /> fire/explosion/release. <br /> OBSERVATION: The E85 meter located in the 1/2 dispenser was actively leaking at time of inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br /> waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately fix the leak for the E85 meter and Manage the waste according to Title 22 <br /> California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste.
