Transfer/Processing Facility Inspection Report (53) <br /> Lovelace Transfer Station (39-AA-0008) <br /> 8/23/2023 <br /> 2. Provide inbound and outbound records. <br /> No Areas of Concern <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> A monthly inspection was conducted on August 23, 2023 and the following was noted: <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Waste pile was moderate at the time of inspection. Keep pile height less than 12 feet. <br /> 2. The updated Food Waste Processing Operational Procedures (TPR Appendix G) was <br /> approved as a minor change by the LEA on August 22, 2023. The food processing unit <br /> was not in use at the time of inspection. The LEA shall be notified prior to starting to use <br /> the food processing unit. <br /> 3. A plumbing company onsite during inspection. Per employee, mister on the residential <br /> side is being repaired and repairs will be completed today. Dust levels were low at the <br /> time of inspection. Misters turned on during inspection. <br /> 4. The compactor was not in use during inspection. Be sure to operate the compactor in <br /> accordance with SWFP and TPR. <br /> 5. Records are maintained and up to date. I reviewed MRF daily reports, Random Load <br /> Check, Transfer Daily reports. I reviewed Special Occurrences Log and Training log. <br /> 6. A Fire Department training occurred on August 10, 2023, per the Training log. <br /> 7. The LEA has received the daily ton and daily trip count logs for July 2023 <br /> CalRecycle Solid Waste Information System (SWIS) Page 2 of 3 <br /> Date Generated: September 6, 2023 3:36 PM <br />
