Transfer/Processing Facility Inspection Report (53) <br /> Lovelace Transfer Station (39-AA-0008) <br /> 10/27/2023 <br /> 1. Inbound and outbound Green Waste Logs for September 2023 received by the LEA <br /> during inspection. Previous violation cleared. <br /> 2. Observed a few birds in the MRF. Observed screens that are in disrepair on north wall. <br /> Repair/replace screens so that screens cover openings. Per operator, screens were <br /> repaired in September and screens have come down due to the birds. Continue working <br /> on this item. <br /> 3. The food separator was not in use at the time of inspection; however, food separator <br /> was in use earlier today prior to inspection by the LEA. The finished product is <br /> transported to Forward Resource & Recovery Facility. <br /> 4. Food separator start up occurred on September 19, 2023, and LEA was notified and <br /> conducted inspection. <br /> 5. Dust levels were low at the time of inspection. Misters were on during inspection. <br /> 6. Waste pile was moderate at the time of inspection. Keep pile height less than 12 feet. <br /> 7. The compactor was not in use during inspection. Be sure to operate the compactor in <br /> accordance with SWFP and TPR. <br /> 8. Records are maintained and up to date. I reviewed MRF daily reports, Random Load <br /> Check, Transfer Daily reports. I reviewed Special Occurrences Log and Training log. <br /> 9.
