OBSERVATION:An overfill prevention equipment inspection was performed on 05/17/13. A test report has not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the inspection report form must be submitted within 30 days of the test. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Copy of overfill testing was sent to EHD. This is (Minor)Violation. 50 CA Code of Regulations 2635, 2637.1, 2665, 2712 2060020-Spill buckets meet requirements, have been tested as required, and records kept for 36 mths(TCR 9a). OBSERVATION:The 87 spill container failed when tested. REGULATION GUIDANCE:All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to repair or replace the spill container under permit and inspection of the EHD. This is(Class 2)Violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by June 18, 2025. To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them sign.
