The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br /> addressed for JD Service Station, Inc. as of June 11 , 2025. <br /> Open violations from April 22, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation #47 - 2030008 - Secondary containment installed after July 1, 2003 is free of water. <br /> OBSERVATION: Water was found in the diesel STP sump. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br /> system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed approximately 3 cups of liquid from the diesel sump and <br /> returned the sensor to its proper location. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to <br /> address the water intrusion into the Diesel STP sump under permit and inspection of the EHD . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #85 - 2060027 - Tank system primary containment is constructed, operated, and maintained <br /> product-tight.. <br /> OBSERVATION: The fuel filter for diesel was leaking into the UDCs for UDCs 5/6 and 9/10, indicating a leak in the <br /> primary containment. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All primary containment for the UST system must be product tight. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technicians removed liquid from the bottom of the UDC. Immediately have a <br /> properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the failed component(s), under permit and <br /> inspection of the EHD if necessary. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
